FastSwap provides a non-custodial interface for exchanging one cryptocurrency for another. We do not hold customer accounts or store user funds; deposits are processed and the resulting assets are sent to the wallet address you provide.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services to use FastSwap. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service is lawful where you live.

4. User responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree that:

• You will provide a correct and compatible destination wallet address for the coin you are receiving.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallets, devices, and private keys.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion.

5. Exchange rates and amounts

Rates shown before you confirm are estimates. A floating rate may change with the market until your deposit is confirmed, while a fixed rate locks the amount you receive for a limited window. The final amount you receive may differ from the initial estimate due to market movement, network fees, or confirmation timing.

6. Transaction processing and risk

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once a deposit is confirmed on the network, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except as expressly described in these terms. Sending an unsupported asset, an incorrect amount, or using an incorrect address may result in the permanent loss of funds.

7. Compliance and monitoring

To meet legal obligations and protect users, transactions may be monitored for risk. In limited cases we may request additional information before completing an exchange. Funds linked to prohibited or high-risk activity may be subject to review.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastSwap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from network failures, market volatility, or user error.

9. Intellectual property

The FastSwap name, logo, and the design and content of this website are the property of FastSwap and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FastSwap operates. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
